Chitika Going Down The Drain

If you visit Chitika’s website now and read the comments from its members, you’ll see a lot of complaints. I wanted to post a comment myself but I think the members’ voices there are loud and clear. The more pressing concern is that these comments have been there for several weeks now and there’s very little that’s being done.

I once thought Chitika was a really cool find when I started using it as an alternative revenue stream for North America traffic. For a while, things were very good. Chitika was outperforming Adsense in every front. I was so happy that I promoted Chitika in all my websites like it was the second coming of slice bread.

Unfortunately, things started to get sour with the introduction of the Chitika Premium, Select or whatever it is they wanted to call their newfangled gimmick. Suddenly, the water started drying up. My daily income (no matter how insignificant) became more minuscule, then it hit rock bottom.

I’m not sure about the other guys but I’m bailing out. I could live with a week of two of mishaps or maintenance things. But when things get extended to more than a month, sorry boys and girls, that’s a clear sign from heaven that everybody should jump ship!

Yes, I also noticed that it is unworthy to waste more of my time. From the start although the earnings are not fantastic but there are still some. For now, it is none. I quit too!

I’ve never been to the site again so I wasn’t aware of it. Also, I am not checking my revenue from time to time so I just care less. But since I’ve read it hear, I’ll be removing their badges and links on my sites.
